The next FBCM MONTHLY GOLF OUTING is June 30, at Woodland Hills Golf Club in Cartersville. Our first Handicaps do not matter - all you need is a desire for several hours of good Christian fellowship. To sign up for this event send an email to RecMin@mariettafbc.org.

Men's Weekend Golf Outing
MEN's FALL GOLFTOBERFEST Bryson City, NC. September 26 - 28
Men, don't miss out on your opportunity to participate in a great weekend of fun, food, fellowship and of course golf. The cost for this event is approximately $325.00 including room, travel expenses and golf fees. A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to secure your reservation. The deadline to register for this event is June 1. After that date, lodging will be adjusted to accommodate only those that have signed up.For additional information, email Jim Nash at RecMin@mariettafbc.org. Boy Scouts
Boy Scout Troop 144 has been active at First Baptist Church Marietta since 1941, and is one of the oldest troops in Cobb County. This important ministry develops vital teamwork and leadership skills in the boys and young men of our community. Members and leaders alike also enjoy the fellowship and camaraderie of camp outs, outdoor adventures, and community service projects. Troop 144 meets on Monday nights from 7:30-9:00 at Marietta First Baptist Church. Come and see what we are all about!

Lake Allatoona Facility
Located on Lake Allatoona in Canton, Georgia, our lakeside facility provides a scenic backdrop for a variety of church events. Each Spring the amphitheater plays host to one of the most breathtaking Easter Sunrise services in Georgia and evening worship services are held throughout the Summer. All are welcome to attend. Take I 575 North...go to exit 11 - Sixes Road, at the end of the exit Ramp turn left - continue on Sixes Road until you reach Bridge Mill Subdivision (about 3.5 miles), go into subdivision and turn left on Bridge Mill Avenue continue on Bridge Mill Avenue for 2.5 miles - road will end onto dirt road - this is the church's property - continue through gate and continue straight - amphitheater is on the right hand side of the road. 800 Bridge Mill Ave., Canton, GA.
