Deacon Led Ministry Teams
Home Maintenance & Repair Ministry Team, 770-874-8527
Focus: Persons and families who need God's hands, feet and general support in a tangible way.
The mission of the Deacon led Home Maintenance and Repair Ministry is to handle minor home repairs (simple plumbing, electrical, painting, yard work, etc.) for church and community individuals who are not physically and/or financially able to resolve their problem. Anyone needing assistance can contact the Home Maintenance & Repair hotline at 770-874-8527. Your call will be returned within twenty-four hours. Each request will be assigned a priority based on the homeowners need.
Hospital Visitation Ministry Team
Focus: To ensure that hospitalized MFBC and their families know that the congregation loves and cares for them by having a deacon or layperson representative visit them every day while in the hospital.

Homebound Ministry Team
Focus: Persons confined to their homes, retirement communities or nursing centers. This is a ministry of contact by personal visitation, phone call or by writing to be certain they know we care about them.

Prayer Ministry Team
Focus: To promote an understanding of the value of prayer, to strengthen our commitment to prayer throughout the church, and to lead and encourage our church to become a praying people.

Friendship Ministry Team
Focus: To encourage friendship for the Christian Journey.

Outreach Ministry Team
Focus: To make our community aware of the love of Jesus Christ and the availablity of our church to minister to the community.

Staff Support Ministry Team
Focus: The church staff.
