Welcome! Whether you're thinking about visiting First Baptist Church of Marietta for the first time, or you've been visiting for a while, we are excited for you to be our guests. As a first time guest, we know it's hard to leave your child with strangers. Below is some helpful information for families who are visiting for the first time.
First Time Guests
Upon your first time arriving to the church on a Sunday morning, you will want to enter through our Welcome Center, which is located off of the side street called Dobbs Street. A parking lot is directly across from the Welcome Center. Feel free to park in one of the front spots reserved for guest.
When you enter through the Welcome Center, volunteers will be ready to greet you and help you find the Nursery Desk. Once you're at the Nursery Desk, a Nursery Coordinator will help you get checked-in on our computer system so your child will have a name badge, and you will get a parent security badge. Please let our Nursery Coordinator know any special information to help us better take care of your child while they are in our care.
Each volunteer and teacher has passed a background check to help us ensure your child will be safe at all time.
Please take a look through our Sunday School, Nursery, and Children's Church to find out more about what takes place in our Children's ministry on Sunday mornings.
