Event & Communication Requests
All event & communication requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event date or when you want advertising for your event to start.
To reserve a room or vehicle and add your event to the church calendar, complete the Submit an Event Request form.
If you would like your event to receive church-wide communication, you must also complete the FBCM Communication Request Form, which lets us know you are requesting advertising for your event.
All requests are reviewed before approval, and confirmation will be sent within 2–3 business days. Events needing to be scheduled within the next two weeks should be directed to our Administrative Assistant, Kelly Singleton, to see if accommodations can be made.
