What is MomCo?
MomCo stands for the Mom Community. Marietta MomCo is a gathering of moms to support, encourage, and have fun with each other. MomCo is about celebrating motherhood, making connections, and experiencing God's love through relationships and resources.
Meetings
We meet the 2nd and 4th Mondays, 9:30-11:30am of each month during the school year. Our first meeting for the 2023-2024 school year is Monday, September 11th. (We will not meet the following dates due to holidays and school breaks: 9/25, 12/25. Our last meeting of the school year is on May 13th.)
Our meetings consist of special guest presentations, small group discussions, socializing, and service projects. We also enjoy playdates, Mom's Nights Out, and family events throughout the year.
We meet at First Baptist Church Marietta, which is located at 148 Church Street, Marietta, GA 30060. Park in the 2nd parking lot at the corner of Church Street and Hansell Street. You will need to get a MomCo parking pass from the MomCo leader in order to park without having to pay.
Childcare
Childcare is offered at no additional cost, but there is limited space. When you register for MomCo, please indicate on your registration form if your child will need childcare during our MomCo meetings. We offer childcare for children age PreK and younger. We will give spots for childcare in the order they are registered. As we are able to hire more Nursery Staff we will open more childcare rooms.
Our childcare is ran by the Nursery Workers at First Baptist Church Marietta. While your child is with us, they will participate in activities such as story time, crafts, playground time, and snacks.
To help us prepare, please register for childcare prior to coming to MomCo. To register, click the "Register Now" button at the top of the page.
Dues
In order to cover expenses for our curriculum and other materials, we have yearly dues of $120.00. Scholarships are available.
